If I could give 500 stars, I would!! Dr. Pearson and his staff are amazing! Dr. Pearson goes out of his way to care for his patients. After my multiple procedures “tooth extraction and implant,” he made time off his busy weekend schedule just to call me and check in to see how I was feeling. What Dr calls on the weekend? I was so touched. I am pleased with this dental group and have recommended this place to all my coworkers.
Even though I was two minutes late for my appointment, due to the roads being worked on in two different locations, I was not admonished for being late.
The cleaning appointment was excellent! He took into consideration my concerns and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was informed about an issue with a molar and was included with the treatment plan. Very pleased with the whole team. I recommend them for any kind of treatment.
AMAZING!! 5+++ STARS !!! I recently took my elderly father to City Center Dental Group of Englewood for a denture consultation. I have to say from my initial call with the front office, to meeting with Dr. Justin Pearson, to checking out and the follow up - We cannot be more impressed. The office was a pleasure to talk with. Dr. Pearson made it a point to understand my 83 year old father's needs and explain everything to him. I appreciated most that he treated him with dignity, respect and compassion. Explaining that quality of life is important. We are moving forward with his treatment and looking forward to working with the team. By the way..... They sent a personal, hand-written note to my dad. He was impressed and made sure he showed me. THANK YOU to everyone at CCDG, you made my dad feel good about his new denture choice!!
Look no further than Dr. Pearson. A gentleman with personality to boot. He’s a real person and never makes you feel cheap like you are just a dollar sign. We talked for 5 minutes or so about life and it was really refreshing. Such a class act. He’s worked on me for over 8 years and has always done an excellent job. To find skill, personality, and class all in one dentist is rare. His staff respects the heck out of him and he’s a beam of joy. One visit to see him and you’ll know.
Had a change of job and insurance so I was looking for a new dentist and I’m so glad I found this one! Everyone, from the front office to every staff member I interacted with, was so kind and knowledgeable. They knew their stuff and took the time to explain what they were doing and also took an interest in me as a person. Great experience and excited to go back!
I came in with a completely broken off front tooth at the root. I was worried it meant I would be getting an implant. Dr. Pearson and his team were able to instead do a root canal and crown (and small cavity on an adjacent tooth), all in one visit after my initial consult! There was little to no pain involved, he was gentle and friendly and all around it was great experience considering the work I needed to get done. The crown looks and feels totally natural, and I thank my lucky stars I found them.
